Creation of a consumer profile
Upon your explicit consent, which forms the legal basis for this particular data processing activity, we will create a consumer profile for you, that automatically processes your personal information and your activity on our website and more specifically, name, address, shipping currency, telephone, email address, order history, wishlist and if selected your opt-in to marketing preference, cookies and tracking tags, in order to provide you with more tailored and relevant services and products, such as retaining your details to complete your order quickly, recommendations of products based on previous purchases.

10. ACCESSING YOUR INFORMATION OR LODGING A COMPLAINT
10.1 ACCESSING AND CORRECTING INFORMATION
You are entitled at any time, upon request, to access your personal information held by us. We will respond within a reasonable time after the request is made and give access to the information in the manner requested by you, unless it is impracticable to do so. Where required by law, we will acknowledge your complaint in writing and provide information in writing on how we will deal with your complaint. Further, if required to do so by law, we will provide our determination on your complaint to you in writing.
